I was driving through town and punctured my tire. I contacted Northside Automotive; They were very professional and were able to repair the tire and I was back on the road in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. Thanks for all your help.

One very professional auto care facility. Took my vehicle here for some front end suspension work. They told me what could wait & what was needed. Didn't feel like they were trying to upsell on anything either. My car was in & out of the shop in one business day, just make sure to schedule (at least) a few days in advance so parts can be ordered in a timely manner. Thanks again to Ashley, Lisa, Tammy and all the techs!

Very friendly and considerate! They worked my vehicle in to their schedule last minute to accommodate me since I been towed the day prior. They didn’t try to talk me into repairs or parts I didn’t need and took the time to explain what was occurring with my vehicle. I’ll definitely be back!

I recommend that I take my vehicle for an alignment and they treated me very kindly.

We are regular customers and have been coming to Northside for about a year to get oil changes done, etc. On our way home today, we had a low tire signal pop up on our Subaru Outback. We stopped in to have the tire filled that was low. They were more than happy to do so. Plus they checked all the other tires and added air as needed. They gave us a smile and they were happy to help.
