Northside Automotive opened its doors on August 15th, 2005. At that time there were only three bays with two lifts and one drive on rack. The office was an empty shell and the electricity came in on an extension cord. The phone lines weren't finalized so the incoming calls rang through on a cell phone. The first few jobs took a little extra time; as we soon found parts and supplies that were needed to get the jobs done. After many quick trips to Carquest and calls into the utility companies the building started to take shape. In April, 2011 we added another 2400 square feet to the building adding a larger parts room along with updating and adding new equipment. In 2017 we upgraded our alignment machine and drive on lift and moved their location in the shop. In 2019 the front Office was remodeled to make for an inviting place for customers to wait. In 2020 the tire machines were upgraded. Technician training is always at the top of the list here at Northside. Over the years, procedures and processes have been tweaked and fine-tuned to make for a more efficient, well-oiled machine.
