Hey, I'm a yonger guy that doesn't have much mechanical knowledge so I usually get screwed over by every mechanic I've been too. Part of which is due to me not knowing the correct parts and brands to request; With that I'm also very patient and want to trust the professionals which can also lead to trouble. I've gone to Northside quite a few times now and I can honestly say they take pride in the quality of their work, I'm not used to that atmosphere when it comes to mechanics in Wisconsin. They are family run and from what I can see they are honest reliable people who go out of their way to fix the problem before it becomes one OR at the very least inform you of the problems to come. I have been a client since their doors opened over 12 years ago. No one like to spend money on car repairs, but you can be guaranteed that you will not need to have then same issue repaired twice. My most recent repair was estimated at close to $800, when I received the invoice it was jut over $600, what a pleasant surprise. When you take your vehicle for service they and their staff take great pride and care in what they do so I always feel with even the simplest tasks such as an oil change I am getting superior service and will be able to safely make it to from any destination.
