First off I would like to thank Sean and his wife and their service writer team for the courteous , immediate service provided to our family as a 2nd time customer. Iam so glad I put my trust in Northside Auto to take a look at the ongoing issues that no other shop could ever find . Sean and I went for a test drive and finally Heard the clunking in the front driver's side, yay! It wasn't in my head after all. 🤗. The vibration in the front or the rear that I couldn't figure out exactly. Many issues were found, and explained in clear detail by Sean after I was asked to take a visual look for myself. So shocked at all the issues that were never addressed by any other shop that I have had it to. Yes including jiffy lube where oil was last changed, and no one told me directly about a oil leak coming from the engine oil cooler. Thank goodness that Sean and his team pay attention to fine detail, because with all these repairs that were done this week, it saved me a engine, and completely ruined 8 mo. Old tires. Sean went the extra mile to explain and show with computer diagrams what was found, and what needs fixing in the future. I can't thank them enough!! This is definitely where I will put my trust in from now on. And yes I will be back there again real soon, for a complimentary checkup on all the recent repairs done, and schedule for more work to be done, and no more jiffy lube ever. Just when I thought it was costly for the repairs, I realized I could have been buying a engine shortly for 3 x's that amount. So if you expect great service with attention to detail, and kind courteous service this is the place to go! . A special Thank you for getting/ keeping my vehicle, in great running condition. One very professional auto care facility. Took my vehicle here for some front end suspension work. They told me what could wait & what was needed. Didn't feel like they were trying to upsell on anything either. My car was in & out of the shop in one business day, just make sure to schedule (at least) a few days in advance so parts can be ordered in a timely manner. Thanks again to Ashley, Lisa, Tammy and all the techs!
